Good luck finding a customer support phone number. Double check your E-mail, including your spam folders. Like Prototype said, also look for messages from Steam.
I was banned 2 months ago for apparent Terms of Service violations. I contacted PWE support through their ticket system and, after three E-mail exchanges over about 36 hours, the misunderstanding was cleared up and they had me back online. I was a bit surprised, actually. I was expecting a long fight. The tone that second level support used with me could have been ... less adversarial, but I guess the end result is what matters.
If you use their ticket system, don't be confused if the automated part of the system starts sending you nasty messages about duplicate ticket entries. The system seems to have trouble keeping track of its own ticket histories. Just be sure to keep a list of all ticket numbers it gives you and include all of them in your exchanges with support.
